The Finance & Personnel Committee of the Sturm Memorial Library Board of Trustees will meet on Wednesday November 12, 2008 at 3:00p.m at the library. This meeting and all meetings of this committee are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted in public areas and the local media have been notified in accordance with State Statute 19.84(1).

This committee may convene to a closed session to discuss the performance of the library's Director during the evaluation.

The Committee is allowed to convene in closed session under State Statute §19.85(1)(b). (Consideration of employment, promotion, compensation and performance evaluations)

If a closed session is convened, the Personnel Committee will re-convene in open session after the closed session.
